Rashmi is the Director, Human Resources at Unissant.  She is a Certified and Experienced Human Resources business partner with experience in partnering with Senior Management while developing and executing strategic human resources initiative in support of organizational goals.

She leads and overseas all aspects of HR including employee engagement, organizational and performance management, HRIS, Change management, compensation, training and development and succession planning in addition to directing the administration of benefits, employee policies and procedures, HR compliance, legal exposure, retention and employee relations.  She is a result oriented, thoughtful, employee advocate, impartial and objective HR professional.

Rashmi is passionate about legal compliance and Employee Relations for business growth.

Rashmi is certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
