Unissant Inc., a leading provider of Data Analytics, DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) services, announced today that on September 15, 2022, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) awarded the Scalable Ways to Implement Flexible Tasks (SWIFT) - Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) – Hyper Automation domain, with a base term of one year and four additional 1-year options with a ceiling of X million.
ICE is using RPA robots for mimicking many human user actions with a goal to provide working automations into the hands of end users. Under this program, Unissant will leverage RPA tools like UiPath and Power Automate to configure bots to emulate and integrate the actions of humans interacting within digital systems to execute a business process. Unissant will also orchestrate the use of multiple emerging technologies, tools and platforms, including AI/ML to develop comprehensive technical solutions.
