Unissant was awarded a five-year follow-on Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) contract to provide Program Management Professional Services for the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) at FHFA.
Unissant will assist the EPMO in providing program management consulting services to FHFA mission and non-mission offices, including, but not limited to, the National Mortgage Database Program, the Office of Information Technology Management, the Office of Facilities and Operations Management, the Division of Housing Mission and Goals, the Division of Enterprise Regulation, the Division of Bank Regulation, and the Division of Conservatorship.
FHFA is an independent federal agency which regulates government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Common Securitization Solutions, LLC and the 11 Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBanks). Unissant will be providing support for various areas including research, financial analysis, strategic planning, project management, business process assessment and reengineering, policy development, software development, and training.
