Ian Graham
VP and GM, Health and Federal Civilian

With over 25 years of experience leading federal IT portfolios, Ian serves as VP and GM overseeing Unissant’s work in the federal healthcare and civilian arenas. He spearheads both program delivery and account growth with a focus on enabling missions that advance health outcomes for our nation. Throughout his career, Ian has had the privilege of working with numerous agencies on everything from post-9/11 military readiness to air/water quality analysis (BP Oil Spill, Hurricane Sandy, etc.) to patient safety at the NIH Clinical Center to COVID data analysis, and much more. Ian provides impactful solutions that help his customers help their customers: citizens, patients, soldiers, researchers, etc. With a background in advanced data solutions including data analytics, data warehousing, and AI, he enables clients to optimize use of data as a strategic asset. Before Unissant, Ian held leadership roles at Octo/IBM, GovCIO, Guident, and CACI/AMS. He holds a bachelor's degree from James Madison University. Outside of the office, you can find Ian hiking with his family or working to improve his golf game.

Hitesh Vashistha
Chief Growth Officer

In his role as Chief Growth Officer, Tesh applies learning from 30 years of experience in corporate development. For Tesh, growth is invariable tied to mission results: he focuses on identifying corporate assets that best enable federal agencies to address their most complex challenges. He is adept at conceptualizing, analyzing, and executing strategic growth initiatives, with a solid record of consistent performance. Prior to joining Unissant, Tesh served as Chief Growth Officer at TSPI, Cadmus, and Dovel Technologies as well as senior leadership roles at Perspecta and ICF. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering. Outside the workplace, Tesh values time with family and enjoys golfing, woodworking, travel, and nature.

Venkat Kodumudi
Chief Technology Officer

Venkat brings over 30 years of experience in IT and government senior management to his role as Unissant’s Chief Technology Officer. He leads Unissant’s Innovation Center, focused on enhancing value to our clients through mature methods and frameworks, thought leadership, rapid prototyping, and the development of tested and proven accelerators. Venkat actively participates in industry partnership organizations like ACT-IAC, AFCEA Bethesda, and others. Venkat spent a decade as a federal technology program director before returning to GovCon as a technology director, solutions architect, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. With a passion for emerging technologies, Venkat contributes to the tech community as an Advisory Board member of PolkaPrivate, a Blockchain startup focused on building a secure and anonymous transaction and messaging platform. Venkat is passionate about spending time with his family and dog, and serving his local community.

Kevin Schwab
Sr. Director, Growth
Kevin Schwab leads account planning and growth at Unissant with a focus on federal health and civilian agencies. In this role, he matures pipelines and client relationships while building partnerships across the federal services and technology community. Kevin plays a key role in shaping and executing our growth strategies to meet evolving market trends and client needs. Prior to joining Unissant, Kevin accelerated business growth at firms including Karsun Solutions, Dovel Technologies, Guidehouse, and REI Systems. Kevin is an Eastern Michigan University Eagle, gaining a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Toxicology and in Technical Writing.
