The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have awarded Unissant a 5-year contract including options to provide support for their Privacy and Security Program.
CMS is an innovative health leader that is required to enter into Computer Matching, data exchange and other agreements prior to the sharing or disclosure of information of personally identifiable information and protected health information with another third party such as Medicaid State Agencies and other federal agencies and partners.

The inventory of agreements has grown significantly in recent years and this work provides critical program support to federal staff who develop and manage these agreements. Unissant will assist in managing the agreement inventory and ensuring that appropriate project management, documentation, and engagement with customers occurs in a timely and efficient manner and supporting CMS’ privacy and security policy development to achieve these mission critical data sharing activities.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.
