A CoE is a cross-functional team that is responsible for developing and maintaining best practices around a specific area or technology.
It is Wednesday 8 p.m. and I am just coming home from my Orange Theory workout. As soon as I open my garage door, a motion sensor in the garage triggers a series of routines. It unlocks the door from the garage into the house, switches on my stairway HUE lights and starts playing some music on my Sonos connected speakers.
