United States Mint - System Implementation Support (SIS)

Prime Contract

  • Unissant directly supported the Mint CIO oversee the implementation of a $500 million ecommerce solution.
  • Unissant provided a full range of support services and artifacts to include Project Metrics, Requirements Validation, Action Item Management, Testing, Cybersecurity, Reporting, and Capital Planning Investment Control (CPIC).
  • Unissant also managed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of the government as well as Change Management activities.
  • Unissant conducted Information Technology (IT) Security related functions which included the administration and implementation of the Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) Program for certifying and accrediting the turnkey solution for use in Federal government operations.
  • We also provided System Engineering support for the integration and data migration efforts.
  • Unissant also successfully conducted ETL for 97.7 million Sales Order records, 3.9 million Customer records, 2.7 million Web Accounts and 1.5 million Subscription records.
