Prime Contract

  • Supporting the ACF Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Information Technology (IT) Programs.
  • Implementing a managed services contract based on industry best practices to include performance management service level agreements.
  • Developing a balance between delivering tactical support (operations and maintenance) and strategic support (development, modernization, and enhancement) that achieves operational and cost efficiencies while positioning stakeholders and their respective business lines to fulfill ACF mission.
  • Rapidly adapting to changing business needs of ACF by responding to requirement changes and priorities and changes to operating environments (both production and non-production).
  • Supporting the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Office of Community Service (OCS), Children’s Bureau (CB), Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB), Office of Child Care (OCC), and Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness & Response (OHSEPR).
