Ginnie Mae - Business Advisor Support

Prime Contract

  • We directly supported Ginnie Mae’s Office of Enterprise Data & Technology Solutions (EDTS) embarked on an effort to develop an Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Strategy.
  • Across 17 different tasks, we conducted current-state analysis, determined a future-state strategy, identified gaps, and devise a BI roadmap with strategic and tactical projects.
  • Unissant also focused on bringing efficiencies to existing business processes with a concentration on the Contract and Vendor Management area.
  • Unissant provided Subject Matter Expert (SME) input for planning, requirements, and implementation exercises that included contractor and technology advisory group meetings, governance councils, and infrastructure planning sessions.
  • Unissant also provided senior leadership with a comprehensive analysis and roadmap of how to convert from a Pool Structure to a Loan Level Structure business model.
