Reston, Virginia, June 07, 2017 : It was announced on June 7th by Unissant Inc. that it has won a prime position by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on a 10 year, $25 billion multiple-award Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.

The SPARC contract was established to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services, to facilitate the modernization of CMS business processes and supporting systems. SPARC is available to all components within CMS and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operational Divisions (OPDIVs) to procure ebd-to-end IT services over the next 10 years.
