Reston, VA, September 14th 2009: Unissant (formerly b.i.methods) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide strategic assessment of a Grants Management system. As part of this effort, Unissant will assess the implementation and tool evaluation of a grants management system currently being used at the agency.
